Before your account is activated, we first need to collect and submit important business information to our processing partner. Complete the first two steps before clicking the button below and filling out the Merchant Application where you will be asked to upload those documents.

- Signed Operating Agreement
- Signed Partnership Agreement

- Signed Letter of Executorship
- Signed Articles of Incorporation
- Kiosk Agreement*
- Financial Document or Personal Guarantor | Please gather ONE of the listed financial documents**
- Balance Sheet
- Financial Statement
- Personal Guarantor contact information
- Full tax return including schedule L to determine net worth
- Voided Check
*If one or more of your locations are kiosk spaces you must sign and upload a Kiosk Agreement to the Online Merchant Application. Essentially this is a copy of your space/ lease agreement. Please reach out to your Onboarding Specialist for more information about Kiosk Agreements. **Note that a P&L does not qualify as a valid financial document or Personal Guarantor
STEP 2 | Complete the Location Boarding Form
Download and fill out one version of the Location Boarding Form with the addresses of each of your locations.
STEP 3 | Complete the Online Merchant Application
Now that you have gathered all documents from Step 1 and completed the Location Boarding Form from Step 2, you are ready to fill out the Online Merchant Application. Keep the documents and forms that you have gathered handy as you will be asked to upload them to the last page of the merchant application before being able to submit. Click the NEXT button to fill out your Merchant Application now.
Note: You can securely save and resume your application at a later date, with the exception being that any uploaded documents and/or signatures will not save. Make sure you upload all documents right before submitting the application.
